We have juice in primary and secondary fermenters. We even have wine we have moved to bulk aging in barrels. We have all our permits in place, we just have to finalize our labels and get them approved. We still have work to do on the tasting room, but that is coming right along. We hope to be open on Good Friday 4/6 and Saturday 4/7 for some trial runs, prior to opening in May. Now that we are getting close to opening, we plan to make a blog entry every Monday, so check back often.
