Another busy week in the processing room . We racked and are bulk aging Blueberry, Black Raspberry, and another Red Grape wine yet to be named. We bottled Apple Wine and put another batch of Lemon Wine in the primary fermenter. We make our wines in small 50 to 150 gallon batches using only the finest grapes, fruits, and juices. During the fermentation process we usually add some apple juice which gives the wine more protein.. Don’t expect a California-style wine, our wines are bold, spicy and fruity, we do small batch fermentation, each barrel is slightly different.
